Daryeel Relief and Development, in collaboration with our esteemed humanitarian partners, has undertaken a critical assessment initiative in the Sool region. This effort is a testament to our commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and addressing the challenges they face.
In coordination with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), the Somali Community Development Organization (SCODO), and the Galkayo Humanitarian and Development Organization (GHADO), we have mobilized dedicated assessment teams to evaluate the needs of displaced families. These families, fleeing from Ceerigaabo, have sought refuge in Laascaanood, Xudun, and Taleex within the Sool region.
Our assessment teams, working alongside NRC and OCHA, have been actively engaged on the ground. This joint effort aims to gather critical data to guide humanitarian interventions and ensure that the displaced families receive the assistance they urgently need. The operation is progressing successfully, with teams diligently addressing the complexities of the situation.
This initiative represents a strong collaboration between Daryeel Relief and Development, NRC, SCODO, and GHADO. Their coordinated efforts have been instrumental in supporting the assessment process and highlight the importance of partnerships in achieving shared humanitarian goals.
As we continue our work, Daryeel Relief and Development remains steadfast in its mission to uplift communities and provide relief to those in need. Together with our partners, we are determined to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the displaced families in Sool region.
